2007 @ Enchanted Kingdom
The Operation Big Brother (OBB) is an annual project, which aims to
offer gifts to underprivileged children around Los Banos. It also
provides a day of enjoyment and exciting activities for the children
with the resident members. 2007 marks the 34th year since the
original launching of OBB in 1973.
While keeping in mind the need for innovative activities that
provide great impact to our community, the resident brothers put a
new twist to make this day more energized without compromising its
objectives. The UP Beta Sigma Fraternity Los Banos Chapter held its
annual OBB last December 20, 2007 at Enchanted Kingdom in Santa
Rosa, Laguna. Headed by GP Jericho Gascon, the members took the kids
to the amusement park for a fun-filled day together with the
traditional giving of gifts and picnic. This activity truly gave the
kids the spirit of the holiday season.
Perhaps to some, a trip to an amusement park, a holiday gift, or
simply knowing they are special is a dream come true. It was indeed
a very memorable day for all.
